As a member of the Florida Realtors, I wanted to make you aware of the scholarships that are available for Florida residents through the Florida Realtors Education Foundation.
These scholarships are open to any student who is a Florida resident and who will be attending an undergraduate college or university, taking undergraduate or graduate-level studies.
The available scholarships start at $1,000, and the deadline to apply is noon on March 10. You will have to get 3 references, so act fast to be able to complete the application in time.
Last year, over 170 students received over $222,000 in scholarship money from the fund.
Students from any major are able to apply, although those pursuing Real Estate or Real Estate related fields will be given special consideration. Also, these scholarships are for Florida residents no matter where they will be attending school.
Scholarships will be announced by the end of April via phone. So if you get a scholarship, you’ll get a call by then.
